Terms and conditions for online sales

• All services are sold as described on the website

• All prices are in Pound Sterling

• Class times are in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)

• Deposit payments are via secure payment platforms Stripe or Paypal.

Provision of services

• A service is provided when a class, workshop or workshop wknd you have booked and paid for has been attended by you and delivered by Vera van Heeringen 

• If I fail to provide the service paid for, you are entitled a full refund. This means If I fail to turn up to provide the service due to illness or conditions that stop me from reaching the venue.

• If you are unable to attend a class, workshop or workshop wknd you must notify me in writing by emailing guitarforwomen@gmail.com. Please see below the cancellation policy for different types of events.

Cancellation policy – Day workshops and wknds

• The deposit of £15 for a day workshop or £30 for a weekend workshop is non-refundable.

• If you cancel your workshop 7 days or more before the weekend workshop you will receive a 50% refund of the total balance.

• If an alternate date exists and I am able to fill your space easily due to a waiting list, you might be able to move your booking to another workshop. I will notify you by email.

• You can transfer your space to another person at no extra charge. You have to find the person who will take your space and notify me via email on guitarforwomen@gmail.com with their details.
